What you get (per design)

• Layered PSD/TIFF, each color on its own layer (max 15 colors)

• Pantone mapping (closest matches) with labels on every layer

What’s not included

• No cleanup/fixes (no seam rebuilds, artifact removal, relayering)

• No color reduction (if >15 colors)

• No recolors/extra colorways (order separately)

If a file needs fixes or exceeds 15 colors, we’ll pause that item and email a fixed quote. You can approve it or swap in a different design—your pack credits remain valid.

How it works

1. Upload your designs
   You can submit PSD, TIFF, PNG, or high-resolution JPG files.

2. Choose your pack and complete the payment

3. We prepare your production-ready files
   Once we receive your designs, we separate the colors, Pantone-match them, and label each layer with the correct Pantone reference.
   Your finished files will be delivered within 72 business hours per submission.

You’ll receive an email with a download link that stays active for 30 days. After that period, your files will be permanently deleted from our system.

Validity & terms

• Credits are valid for 30 days from purchase. You can uploadt the designs during this time.

• Unused credits expire at day 30 (non-refundable).

• Credits are transferable within the same company (tell us the teammate’s email).
  

FAQ

• Can I upload all files at once? Yes— we’ll queue them and deliver each within 72h.

• AI-generated art ok? Yes, if it’s clean enough and has up to 15 colors to separate. If not, we’ll quote fixes separately.

• Placement vs all-over? Both.

• Need extra colorways? Order our Colorway Service (72h from €120) separately.
