For Physical products

1. General Policy

All items are produced on-demand once your order is placed, and are custom-made for you. Because of this production method:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you ordered the wrong size, colour, style, or changed your mind.

  • However, if the product is defective or there has been a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund (see §2).

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please observe the following procedure:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide a clear photo (or if multiple items of the same design are affected, a photo or video showing all affected items together).

  • You do not need to return the item to us.

  • Once we have verified the issue, we will either:

    • Re-print and ship a replacement at no extra cost, or

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Wrong Size/Colour/Change of Mind

Since each product is made to your order, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges in cases where:

  • You selected the wrong size, colour or style.

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
Please double-check your size, colour selection and order details before finalising your purchase.

4. Delivery Failures / Unsuccessful Delivery

If the delivery fails (for example: incorrect address given, recipient unavailable, refused delivery):

  • You may request a re-print (you may be required to cover extra shipping costs), or

  • We may issue a partial refund (depending on the case).

5. Print Placement & Acceptable Variation

Minor variations in print placement and colour are inherent in the printing process. For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches (≈1.3 cm) in print placement is considered acceptable and is not treated as a defect.

6. Your Rights Under Icelandic Law

Under Icelandic consumer legislation:

  • When goods are sold via distance contracts (such as online) the consumer generally has a cooling-off period of 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason, if the goods are not custom-made. island.is+1

  • However, because your order is custom-manufactured only after purchase, and is made to your specifications, the seller is not obligated to accept returns simply because of change of mind. island.is+1

  • The consumer does have rights if the goods are defective or not as described: you must supply goods that meet the contract, and the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement or refund. generisonline.com+1

By incorporating our policy above (§2) we respect those defect rights.
