1.1 The Licensed Design will be sent by email as a digital file, compatible with Adobe Photoshop unless described otherwise on the website. For the avoidance of doubt, the file will only contain the Licensed Design, and not include any presentation files, such as mock-ups and other forms of presentation used on the Website to show the design.
1.2 In most cases, the Licensed Design will be sent to the Licensee within a few hours from receipt of the License Fee. However, if necessary, the Licensor reserves the right to send the Licensed Design within three (3) business days from receipt of the License Fee.
1.3 Reports, brushes, mock-ups, and other digital products are available for download once the payment has been processed. A download page will open immediately upon completion of payment, and the Licensee will also receive an email containing a download link. The download link will remain active and accessible on the Website for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
1.4 For physical products the Shipping up to 10 – 30 business days.
