Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal
Under EU/EEA consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673), consumers in the EU/EEA generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
This right applies to consumers — that is, a person buying for personal use, outside any trade, business or profession.
How it applies to our products (important)
We sell instant digital downloads (digital files, licenses, and downloadable PDF trend reports). Two exceptions, both set out in EU law, apply:
1. Digital content downloaded immediately. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium once performance has begun, where the buyer expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged that they would lose the right of withdrawal by starting the download. At checkout we ask you to give that express consent and acknowledgment. Once you do so and the download begins, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
2. Business (B2B) purchases. The right of withdrawal protects consumers only. If you purchase as a business or for professional use, the right of withdrawal does not apply to your order.
If you have not yet downloaded
If you have purchased but not yet downloaded or accessed the digital content, and you did not waive the right of withdrawal, you may still be entitled to withdraw within 14 days. Use the withdrawal form (the “Right of Withdrawal” button on our site) or contact us at design@exclusivedesignstudio.com.
How to make a withdrawal request
- Click the “Right of Withdrawal” button (bottom of the screen) or the Right of Withdrawal link in our footer.
- Enter your name, the email used for the order, and your order reference.
- Confirm your request. You will receive an automatic confirmation email.
We will review every request and respond by email. Where the right applies and you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you within 14 days of accepting the withdrawal, using the same payment method you used.
